Chemical Sensitivity
How is the universe like a Wittig reaction?
It’s driven by the stability of the Phosphorus-Oxygen bond.
Phosphorus: P; its name from the Greek, light-bearer, from its tendency to glow in the presence of oxygen. Oxygen: O.
One cannot find P by itself, out in the world. It finds O; it bonds; it holds tight.
Chemists call them phosphates, dear, but you can call it love.
